TARONGA WESTERN PLAINS ZOO, DUBBO.

The $1.5 million Hire Centre redevelopment took 18 months to complete and features two large new sheds; a bike storage shed and workshop, and an electric cart storage shed and recharging facility. A new sales building constructed to ensure a smooth guest experience sits stylishly at the front of the centre.

Other works included the solar installation on the roof.

The Hire Centre project was completed by State Wide Sheds, David Payne Constructions in association with Taylor Made buildings and Solgen.

J R Richards Organics Processing Plant - DUBBO NSW.

This high tech compost facility was built for J R Richards & Sons to handle organic waste material collected by three Councils in the Dubbo region as part of the new food and waste management service. This plant can process up 20,000 tonnes of waste per year. Congratulations to J R Richards & Sons, Dubbo Regional Council and the NSW EPA on this fantastic initiative!
